Jennifer grew up in Southwest Missouri before moving to the St. Louis area as a teenager. She earned her Bachelor's degree in finance from UMSL and has been dedicated to the homebuilding industry ever since. With nearly two decades of experience at Rolwes Company, Jennifer has played a vital role in shaping the company into what it is today.
Jennifer finds great joy in watching communities come to life. "I love seeing the community develop from raw ground to homes filled happy homeowners. Watching a neighborhood grow—from dirt to a place where kids play and families build memories—fills me with joy." Whether it’s a community built decades ago or one still under construction, she’s passionate about the lasting impact that Rolwes Company has on homeowners and their neighborhoods.

Did you know Jennifer loves puzzles? It’s true! In fact, she's currently working on an 18,000-piece puzzle. Along with her passion for puzzles, Jennifer has a big heart, which she channels into a cause close to her: Jake’s Cars for Kids, a foundation she helps run in memory of her brother, supporting children in need.
