What you’ll do:

  • Great & assist all visitors to the model home
  • Ensure model homes are clean and inviting
  • Obtain & record guest information
  • Communicate current options & information
  • Follow up with prospective homeowners
  • Keep model homes stocked with supplies
  • Set appointments for the New Home Specialist
  • Report traffic and sales activity

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure that job sites are presentable and uncluttered. 
  •  Follow safety guidelines and address any concerns immediately to prevent accidents.
  • Review and complete all punch list items in a timely manner.
  • Document all deliveries to the jobsites.
  • Use effective time management techniques to schedule and complete daily tasks.
  • Ensure Model and Market homes are well maintained, repairs completed quickly, and always secured.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Manager or Production Supervisor regarding daily tasks and status of outstanding items.
  • Identify, analyze, and solve problems with a focus on short-term and long-term impact of solutions.  Demonstrate good judgment skills.
  • Support and train coworkers as necessary to assist them in increasing knowledge, skills, and competency.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure that Model Homes are staffed during published hours daily.
  • Ensure at all times, through visual inspection, that the Model Home is clean, and that all furnishings, accessories, and equipment are in first-class condition for prospective guests to view.  This includes landscaping, signage, displays, indoor and outdoor lighting, etc.
  • Transport materials and ensure that an adequate and complete supply of point-of-sale materials are available, including brochures, price lists, and pamphlets for guests.
  • Greet every guest courteously, obtain information required by the Customer Preference Card.
  • Physically demonstrate the products we offer directly to prospective homeowners by taking them through the model homes, homes under construction, and home sites.
  • Effectively communicate current products, options, taxes, utility rates, financing plans, and community information to prospective homeowners.

What You'll Do:

  • Organization of all construction activity, including updating schedules.
  • Review job sites to enforce scheduling and the quality of workmanship and ensure that the house is delivered to the customer within the time specified and in an acceptable condition established by the company.
  • Act professionally and courteously when dealing with coworkers, trade partners, inspectors or homeowners.
  • Order, calculate, and schedule delivery (or return) of materials and supplies as needed.
  • Obtain government inspections as needed and represent the company at such inspections.
  • Liaison with utility companies regarding installing and activating gas, water, electric, and sewer services.
  • Ensure that assigned communities are orderly and that unwanted waste materials are managed appropriately and timely.
  • Follow company guidelines on the timeline of construction.
  • Ensure weekly calls are made to each homeowner during construction. Communication with homeowners continues throughout the construction process and warranty period.
  • Maintain the appearance of Model and/or Move-In-Ready Homes in assigned communities.
  • Provide day to day production supervision and training to production assistants (Laborers), as assigned.
  • Supervise construction sites, addressing safety concerns immediately. Ensure that hazards are marked and managed according to guidelines.
  • Perform warranty work requested by homeowners within company guidelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate construction materials and expenses, ensuring cost control methods are used.
  • Ensure all homes under construction are secured, thermostats are set to company guidelines, and lights are turned off at the end of each day.
  • Develop and nurture trade partner relations to ensure open communication and feedback is exchanged without conflict.

What you’ll do:

  • Organization of construction activities and preparation of schedules.
  • Enforce scheduling and the quality of workmanship by reviewing job sites to ensure that the completion of activities within the time specified and in an acceptable condition established by the company.

  • Calculate, order, and schedule delivery of materials, as needed.
  • Obtain all required inspections and represent company professionally.
  • Train and manage Development Team including Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents and Production Assistants as assigned.
  • Act as a liaison with utility companies relative to the installation and activation of gas, water, electric, and sewer services.
  • Ensure that the project has an orderly appearance and waste materials are managed appropriately and timely.
  • Ensure SWPPP compliance at all times and complete required SWPPP inspection reports.
  • Continually monitor job sites for inefficiency and waste.
  • Address problems or conflicts that arise during the construction process and create feasible alternative solutions.
  • Coordinate and oversee the completion of punch list items necessary for escrow release and obtain all escrow releases and approvals.
  • Follow company guidelines on construction process timeline.
  • Ensure that weekly updates are made to the Director of Development during the construction and/or development process.
  • Supervise construction sites, addressing safety concerns immediately. Ensure that hazards are marked and managed according to guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage Production Assistant hours and time off.
  • Monitor and evaluate construction materials and expenses, ensuring cost control methods are used.
  • Develop and nurture trade partner relations to ensure open communication and feedback is exchanged without conflict
