Inside Rolwes Company

Inside Rolwes Company

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to work at Rolwes Company? Take a step inside our Ballwin, MO office to find out why our employees love to work with us.

At Rolwes Company, we take a team approach. Everyone rolls up their sleeves and works together to consistently build high-quality homes for our buyers at a competitive price.

And the best part about the team-centric atmosphere… no egos.

But it’s not always working hard. We also take time to support our community.

For example, earlier this year Rolwes Company visited Lifewise STL and helped build furniture to be used by not-for-profit organizations throughout the area.

Nail driving competition at Rolwes Company Picnic

Every year, we spend a Friday afternoon to thank our skilled trade partners through an annual picnic.

This picnic is a blast!

It’s full of games, food, and a nail-driving competition.

Like most companies, we do have an annual Christmas Party. But ours is a little different. We don’t have a stuffy catered dinner with annual awards instead we make sure it’s fun. Last year, the party was hosted by The Main Event in Chesterfield where Rolwes Company employees played laser tag, video games, and went bowling.

Of course we also participate in regular company outings throughout the year as teams – and as a company – like axe throwing and happy hours.

The best part – we’re always looking for great people to join our team. Take a look at our careers page to see our current opportunities to work with us.

And if you’re still not convinced check out what some of Rolwes Company team members have to say:

“Rolwes Company works hard to ensure that they provide a pleasant work environment. They understand how much time we spend working and they want to provide the best possible environment for us. They also value their employees. They see how much we dedicate ourselves to Rolwes Company and they appreciate all our time and effort. “

Meagan Womack, Cost Estimator

“My favorite thing is that we are a small company and management is accessible and open to feedback. If any employee sees something that could maybe be done a different way, they are open to listening and implementing the necessary changes when the situation calls for change. “

Terra Sherman, New Home Sales Specialist
