This month, we’re interviewing Carole on how she came to join Rolwes Company and what she loves about working with us.

Carole, can you tell us about your career in new construction real estate sales?

I started my career in mortgage lending and ended up working with a lot of builders and their clients. I loved visiting the homesites and seeing the homes being built so I knew that was something that I would love to do.  I have been doing it for over ten years now.

What is your favorite part of being a Rolwes Company New Home Specialist?

There are so many parts.  I enjoy helping people. I love it when I can show someone that we can build a great new home for them in their budget. The home buying/building process can be intimidating for many so we do what we can to reassure our buyers that they are in great hands at Rolwes Company. Everyone from the office staff to production is committed to making our buyers happy.

Is there anything different about the process at Rolwes Company?

Our buyers have the opportunity to work with me and they also get to work directly with the production manager who is building their house our owner will personally walk their home right before closing to make sure it meets his approval. We all work hard as a team and have floor plans that are about livability and value.

What advice would you give someone who wanted start a career as a New Home Specialist?

A career as a New Home Sales Specialist is very rewarding. Yes, we work evenings and weekends. We have to be available to buyers on their schedules. More importantly, though, we have to be willing to be patient, considerate, and compassionate throughout the process because building a home is a life-changing decision. At the end of the day, I have the opportunity to help people make a home, plan their lives, their future, and do it in a way that is tailored to them.
