My favorite thing about working for Rolwes is getting their trust and support to deliver the most perfect experience and product to the homeowners. I have all the tools and resources necessary to make this process as seamless as possible. As far as work culture goes, the biggest thing that stood out to me initially was how competitive this team is. This isn't an easy project management position. It's very high-tempo, and you have to make a lot of big decisions daily, but I feel that helps instill a real sense of pride in the finished product!

There are so many things I love about being a Rolwes Company New Home Specialist. I enjoy helping people! I love it when I can show someone that we can build a great new home for them in their budget. The home buying/building process can be intimidating for many so we do what we can to reassure our buyers that they are in great hands at Rolwes Company. Everyone from the office staff to production is committed to making our buyers happy.

I have been with Rolwes for a little more than seven years. My position is a model home coordinator, which is basically a support person to the New Home Specialists. Rolwes really cares about their employees, and that's a really nice thing! They reward good work and hard work, whether it's through gift cards, team-building activities, bonuses, or for full-time employees, travel at the end of the year. That’s a really nice thing that I don’t think all companies do for their employees.

I have been an employee of Rolwes Company for about three and a half years. It is amazing to play a role in the constant growth and improvement that we are experiencing. We have a great company culture and all of my coworkers are very competent and capable, which creates an enjoyable workplace for each of us to keep coming back to.
