Fun Things to do St.Louis This Fall 2021

St. Louis Union Station offers an abundance of thrills for the Halloween season including a haunted train, spooky light show, supernatural maze, werewolf riddles, decked-out vintage train cars and much more! Halloween season beckons the whole family (ideally in costume!) for this fall treasure. This is a daily event from October 8th – October 31 2021.

• Venture to Brookdale Farms to check out some classic fall activities, rustic style. Here you’ll finda magnificent corn maze (the biggest in St. Louis), a pumpkin patch, sweet treats, games and more. Scare enthusiasts can come after dark to take advantage of the Haunted Hayrides and Corn Maze Massacre! Please note, the farm is cash only.

• New homeowners in the area won’t want to miss Boo at the Zoo for a kid-friendly fright night! Play Hide and Ghost Seek with friendly Halloween creatures, walk around and admire the gorgeous lights and decorations, snack on sweet treats, and of course appreciate some exotic animals at this annual St. Louis Zoo experience. Visitors can also be entertained by Frankenstein on stilts and other terrific performers—just be sure to check the schedule online to see who will be performing when!

Scarefest is an absolute must if you crave a more frightening experience this time of year! It consists of three different attractions: The Darkness, Creepyworld, and The Haunted Lemp Mansion. The latter of these three is a real life, notoriously haunted house! All three attractions involve finding your way through pitch black, terrifying scenarios.

What better way is there to bask in autumn beauty than a Riverboat Cruise along the Mississippi River – day or night? Various cruise lines offer narrated daytime trips down the river perfect for history lovers looking to learn about St. Louis and its ties to the river. Nighttime fans can indulge in a masterful dinner with live music, all while admiring the autumn sites and city lights. Plus, be sure to check cruise schedules for Halloween events!

• New homeowners in St. Louis will not want to miss the spook-tacular Frightfest at Six Flags! And yes, there are good times to be had by all ages.

If you are a resident settling into your new home in one of the many Rolwes Company communities, you will find so much to enjoy this time of year! Whether you’re looking for family-friendly adventures that the kids will appreciate or a horrifically haunting experience that just might keep you up at night, there is a plethora of fall fun waiting for you and your family.
