Building new homes… and sometime furniture

Our team at Rolwes Company feels blessed to have the opportunity to work with families all over the region through building elegant new construction homes. However, other options exist to serve our area and provide services to needy families and communities.

Throughout the year, Rolwes Company takes a break from building new homes and pulls together a team of employees for a volunteer project, fundraiser, or charitable effort. The most recent action was to support LifeWise STL.

LifeWise STL strives to aid individuals and families in achieving economic well-being through various efforts that address their needs. These programs range from operating a food bank and thrift store to providing financial education, job training, and physical and emotional well-being courses.

LifeWise STL even provides low-cost childcare and after-school programs to allow better opportunities for parents and guardians to work or develop the skills to overcome barriers to achieving economic well-being.

In January 2022, Rolwes Company was fortunate to have the opportunity to support these efforts by assembling furniture donated to LifeWise STL. The made furniture will find its way into the homes of families in need through Lifewise STL and other not-for-profit partners within their network.
